I moved to Ho Chi Minh City in 2023 and joined the local football club, Saigon Saints. Not long after my digital skills became common knowledge and I began helping out with socials, promotions and in particular the match day posts.

Design Process
After a small time experimenting with some cool typefaces I settled on a clean and effective template for our matchday announcements. The base of the design revolved around images taken of the team at different stages of the season, a very fun element for me given the picturesque skies and scenery available to us on match days in Vietnam. The chosen font ‘Generic’ sits well with the content needed to be read on the post and helps give a clear and cool look for each game.

So far the match day posts have been going down a hit with the team and support we have from across the city and the globe from past players. I look forward to the posts for every game and hope to keep them up for the foreseeable future and hopefully find the time to add more cool features to the socials to further my portfolio and to keep the Saints current.
